DESCRIPTION:A Long-Awaited Return: The Shapeshifters in Zagreb!\n\nDobar House and Loveroom join forces for a special collaboration at one of Zagreb’s most respected venues\, marking a rare and meaningful moment as The Shapeshifters return to the capital after almost 10 years away.\n\nWhile Zagreb has waited nearly a decade for this comeback\, Croatian dancefloors know Simon Marlin well as a regular and much-loved guest at Defected Croatia since the festival’s very beginning. From teenage raving and deep immersion in the UK rave scene to shaping one of house music’s defining anthems\, Lola’s Theme\, his journey is rooted in funk\, soul and the US house sound. Mentored by Frankie Knuckles and closely connected to Simon Dunmore\, his sound later found a spiritual home within the Glitterbox family\, where it helped push disco and house back to the centre of the global dancefloor. Today\, The Shapeshifters stand as one of the key figures in modern house music\, balancing timeless musical values with a forward-facing\, contemporary edge. This night brings that full circle — history\, community and pure house music energy\, right where it belongs \n\nFor Loveroom\, this event carries particular weight — a journey built from nothing through belief\, persistence and dedication to the music\, now leading to Peti Kupe alongside Dobar House\, one of the strongest house music labels in Croatia. Setting the tone of the night are Anja D\, Dobar House resident and freshly nominated for New (S)elector at the Elector Awards\, and LU:YU\, Loveroom’s resident DJ and one of the most exciting newcomers on Zadar’s scene.\nAs always\, Tom Bug is also on the lineup to bring his signature sound to the party.\n\nWaacking Croatia crew in the form of Danchi\, Mikki Malone\, Tonya and Tunaboi will grace our stage as well!
