DESCRIPTION:A Long-Awaited Return: The Shapeshifters in Zagreb!\n\nDobar House and Loveroom join forces for a special collaboration at one of Zagreb’s most respected venues\, marking a rare and meaningful moment as The Shapeshifters return to the capital after almost 10 years away.\n\nWhile Zagreb has waited nearly a decade for this comeback\, Croatian dancefloors know Simon Marlin well as a regular and much-loved guest at Defected Croatia since the festival’s very beginning. From teenage raving and deep immersion in the UK rave scene to shaping one of house music’s defining anthems\, Lola’s Theme\, his journey is rooted in funk\, soul and the US house sound. Mentored by Frankie Knuckles and closely connected to Simon Dunmore\, his sound later found a spiritual home within the Glitterbox family\, where it helped push disco and house back to the centre of the global dancefloor. Today\, The Shapeshifters stand as one of the key figures in modern house music\, balancing timeless musical values with a forward-facing\, contemporary edge. This night brings that full circle — history\, community and pure house music energy\, right where it belongs \n\nFor Loveroom\, this event carries particular weight — a journey built from nothing through belief\, persistence and dedication to the music\, now leading to Peti Kupe alongside Dobar House\, one of the strongest house music labels in Croatia. DESCRIPTION:Homage Collective & Dus play Dussanova\, 20:00 – 23:00\nKontrapunkt w/ Jazzanova DJ Set\, Eddy Ramich\, Daniel Best\, 23:00 – 05:00 \nThe Croatian music scene is getting a new\, unexpected sound thanks to Zvonimir Dusper Dus. Known for his innovative approach to production\, Dus is launching a project called Dussanova\, which will transform 30 of the biggest domestic hits into a sophisticated bossa nova style. Hits such as Rundek’s ‘Moja prva Ljubav’\, ‘Ne Daj’ by Natali Dizdar and ‘S vremena na vrijeme’ by Prljavo kazalište will get a new look.\nThis project is a combination of recognizable melodies and relaxed rhythms of Brazil\, and thus explores the boundaries of well-known pop hits\, giving them new freshness and life\, and a completely new perspective for the audience. Dussanova will cover everything – from evergreens\, party classics that marked the nineties\, to contemporary hits that dominate the radio airwaves.\nThe concert promotion will take place on March 21st at Peti Kupe. Dus and Homage Collective will perform a selection of songs from the album with numerous famous guests. \nBut the evening doesn’t end there. It continues with Kontrapunkt\, a once cult party organized by Dus and Eddy Ramich with special guests from the Jazzanova collective. Last year we hosted them for a great live performance\, and this March they arrive with a DJ set\, just like they used to perform at Kontrapunkt.\nFrom the first moment they came together as a DJ collective in 1995\, there was no template for what Jazzanova would be\, and at every stage they had to invent rules along the way. Never sticking to one specific scene or sound\, never following one specific technique or format\, they invent rules and that’s exactly what makes their music so wonderful.\nThey will be joined at the counter of Peti Kupe by Eddy Ramich and German DJ Daniel Best\, a long-time collaborator of Jazzanova.

The Norwegian master\, who turned Scandinavian disco and house into a global language\, will liven up the birthday celebration with his infectious atmosphere. His authorial nickname is a small homage to house legend Todd Terry\, but everything else is pure Terje: a playful\, precise\, deeply musical sound that works just as well in a dark club as it does at the biggest festivals.\nRemixes of disco classics launched him into orbit\, and anthems like Inspector Norse and Snooze 4 Love solidified his status as one of the most important producers on the modern dance scene. Collaborations with Bryan Ferry\, Hot Chip and Robbie Williams only confirmed what DJs have known for a long time – Terje is an artist who can be underground and pop at the same second\, without losing his character.\nHe is accompanied by Ilija Rudman\, a key figure of the regional scene for two decades. Ilija is synonymous with an analog approach without compromise\, with warmth\, texture and groove that digital production cannot replicate. He releases new releases on prestigious labels like on tape\, and delivers sophisticated and danceable sets in clubs around the world.\nFour years of Kupe\, four years of nights that remained in memory and hearts.
