VHS 8th Bday w/ Paquita Gordon

Paquita is a serious digger and a true music lover, and that shines through clearly in her sets. She possesses a rare talent for unearthing tracks you’d never expect to hear together, weaving them into a flow that just keeps the energy moving. Jazz, dub, folk, ambient, house, techno, trance, drum & bass—these unexpected combinations are where the true charm of her sets lies.
Look no further than her B2B set with Jane Fitz at last year’s Butik Festival—a performance that has since become somewhat legendary. The two also shared the decks again at this year’s Houghton Festival. She has played at Dekmantel, Waking Life, and Terraforma, as well as at venues like Panorama Bar, De School, and Lux Frágil; we are thrilled that, after all those stops, she’ll finally be spinning her records in Zagreb.
