Cesara Beach, a hidden gem on the coastline, is set to host an event on August 17th as the Greenlight crew brings their renowned party series to this idyllic location for the first time. The night promises a fusion of stunning natural surroundings, top-tier electronic music, and an ambiance unlike any other.
Headlining the event is Abdul Raeva, a DJ and producer duo from the chilly streets of Tallinn, Estonia. Despite their origins, their music is anything but cold. “Their production has captivated us with its vibrant energy,” the organizers shared. “Their sound reminds us of 90s cosmic trance in a modern rendition.”
The duo, composed of Steffan Todorović, the founder of the esteemed Gestalt Records, and sound designer Joonas Arro, have crafted a sound that blends elements of acid, trance, and progressive house. Gestalt Records, known for its forward-thinking releases both digitally and on vinyl, is highly regarded in the world of modern, progressive electronic music.
The organizers are particularly excited about Abdul Raeva’s performance at Cesara. “We are thrilled about their set at Cesara,” they said, “Their selection will bring a fresh and invigorating sound to the Croatian electronic music scene, something that isn’t heard often around here.”
What sets this party apart from others previously held at Cesara Beach? The location itself offers immense potential for creating an immersive and visually stunning event. “Cesara offers us the opportunity to design an interesting event setup, which we’re especially excited about,” the organizers revealed. “In addition to the unique sound that’s rare in Croatia, we’ve prepared excellent sound equipment—Boris Sound System from Slovenia, which has held the title of the best custom sound system in the region for years.”
In addition to Abdul Raeva, the event will feature performances by all the Greenlight resident DJs / Ian Staraj, Ivan Erjavac, andreas, and Andrija Mlacovic, known for their exceptional taste in electronic music, and a special back-to-back set from local talents Roland & Grenco. The combination of this diverse lineup, the top-notch sound system, and the setting of Cesara Beach promises a night that will be remembered by all who attend.
