Exhibition: OKO – Dear Diary… Layers of Dreams

Gallery Trotoar opened the solo exhibition of artist Marina Mesar OKO, titled “Dear Diary… Layers of Dreams.” This marks OKO’s return to the Zagreb art scene after seven years, featuring new works that explore themes of memory, identity, and the intersection between the imaginary and reality. The exhibition runs from September 27 to November 9, 2024, and will showcase a variety of media, including site-specific installations, photography, and digital collages on silk. Through these works, OKO delves into personal introspection and transitions from childhood to adulthood.

Michel Amato, known as The Hacker, has significantly influenced electronic music. Famous for his collaboration with Miss Kittin, he will perform on October 12th at Peti Kupe, joined by multi-talented artist Paty Vapor, Italian new sound leader Fabrizio Mammarella, and host Antonio Zuza. Paty Vapor, a Brazilian artist based in Berlin, is known for her roles as a DJ and event curator, showcasing a nostalgic sound that blends EBM, electro, and synth-punk. Fabrizio Mammarella, also based in Berlin, returns to Peti Kupe with his renowned club anthems and collaborations.
