This weekend, on Friday, May 15, Sally C makes her Zagreb debut in Peti Kupe at the third Diskodelikt event, led by Elena Mikac.
Sally C, an Irish – born, Berlin – based DJ, owner of her label Big Saldo’s Chunkers is most recognizable for her “chunky” sound which combines vintage house, hip house, acid, and breakbeat, drawing on the rawness of the ’90s and contemporary club functionality. Her sonic signature has made her a regular perfomer at Panorama Bar and Robert Johnson, as well as on the festival stages of Melt, Awakenings, and Warehouse Project.
Alongside the headliner, Sally C, a Belgrade – based selector, Nevena Jeremić will be taking over the floor. Nevena Jeremić brings a cohesive blend of soul, boogie, disco, and house to her sets.
Diskodelikt is the first independent project by Elena Mikac, a popular Croatian DJ, created in collaboration with Peti Kupe.
