The artistic hub on Zagreb’s Ilica Street, Studio-galerija KLET, functions as a gallery and hosts numerous exhibitions, workshops, flea markets, pop-up festivals, and more. This season, they’ve announced new collaborations and a diverse program that is filled until the end of the year.
Starting this season, KLET has also introduced a music program, with an Akustika Session taking place once a month on Tuesdays at 7 PM. After a four-year break from acoustic performances at Rockmark, the sessions will continue in KLET, opening today with a performance by Luka Rajić. This week, KLET will also host the 25FPS Festival – a festival of experimental film, with part of the program taking place in their venue.
On September 30th, in collaboration with the BLOK association, KLET will host the presentation of the linocut map from Political School for Artists, inspired by the poem ‘Kontrapunkt’ (eng. ‘Counterpoint’) by Palestinian poet Mahmoud Darwish. Visitors will be able to take home graphics and the poem in fanzine form for a solidarity donation to the Initiative for a Free Palestine.

‘GOSTI U KLETI’ // ‘GUESTS AT KLET’
In 2025, the second part of the season will begin with a new program exhibition, GUESTS AT KLET. Works will be exhibited by nine artists, including Branimir Štivić, Teodora Nešković, Matej Jurčević, Emanuela Lekić, Luisa Pascu & Teo Kiš, Sunčana Brkulj, Elena Štrok, Marko Šajn & Leon Zuodar, and Agata Lučić. These artists will showcase both solo and group exhibitions, with some producing exhibitions as part of a residency program at the Smak Press print studio. The artists were selected from a public call, which received 116 applicants from across the region.
“We did not expect such a large response, and we are extremely surprised and grateful,” said representatives from KLET.
The program will open with Branimir Štivić’s exhibition ‘Under the Bark’, expected in February next year. The exhibition will be based on a multimedia installation, blending concepts of natural creation, artistic creation, and computer synthesis within the framework of global ecology.
