This Tuesday’s guestmix is prepared by Dino Drokan, also known as dDino, an emerging DJ and producer. After spending nearly a decade of his childhood on the theater stage and taking acting roles in film and television, he discovered his passion for music when he first learned to play the guitar.

As his journey continued, he was introduced to house and techno on the streets of Zagreb and Rijeka. At the same time, he began working in his home studio, learning piano and percussion while developing his skills in music production.
His debut performance took place at Rijeka’s local club, Manual, after which he continued to perform at private gatherings and events.
With house music as his core mantra, his diverse sets blend elements of funk, disco, tech, organic, afro, acid, and melodic sounds.

His guestmix for INSITE carries an organic and melodic vibe – it’s light, feel-good, and you can listen to it on YouTube or SoundCloud:
INSITE: If you could have a drink with any DJ/producer, who would it be?
dDINO: I’d love to have a conversation with Petar Dundov. I enjoy his pure galactic synth energy that he projects onto the floor and drives it all night long. I also resonate with his beliefs about music being a natural and fundamental aspect of human existence. I’d like to hear how he navigates the industry while keeping the music in the focus
Favorite Track?
It’s hard to pick one, but the tracks that moved me on first listen and continue to do so every other time are my favorites. One of them is ‘Juno Love’ by Nico Morano.
