The traditional exhibition of caricatures by members of the Croatian Association of Cartoonists (HDK) has been held since 1985, from the very founding of the Association, and this year’s edition of the exhibition will remain open until February 10.
The exhibition of caricatures by its members opens on January 12 at the Vladimir Filakovac Gallery in Zagreb and this year focuses on society and politics.
This year’s exhibition stands out for the diversity of works, including portrait caricatures as well as socially engaged pieces created during 2025. Special emphasis is placed on caricatures that critically depict social shortcomings and political actions, with the aim of encouraging social change and fostering a satirical perspective on current issues.
