Split will once again become a meeting point for contemporary visual culture as CYAN Festival returns for its fourth edition from September 30 to October 3, 2026. The festival brings together international and regional creatives working across graphic design, typography, photography, illustration, architecture and visual communication. This year’s speakers include Jonathan Castro Alejos, artistic director of Dekmantel Festival, type designer Rick Banks, British designer David Pearson, architect and researcher Claudia Pasquero, and multidisciplinary artist Allan Dransfield.
The programme will also spotlight Croatian and regional talent, including illustrator Tea Jurišić and Ljubljana-based ARHITEKTURA, alongside exhibitions, talks and discussions exploring the relationship between design, culture, technology and the built environment.
The main programme takes place at Hrvatski dom Split on October 2 and 3, with the festival concluding with a closing concert by RØLØ. CYAN continues to position Split as a platform for creative exchange, connecting the local scene with some of the most interesting voices in contemporary visual culture.
