BEAT FORT 2025: Croatian Artists Bring Sound to 15th-Century Walls

The historic 15th-century Frankopan Castle, Novigrad na Dobri, near Karlovac, will come alive with powerful and diverse names from the Croatian electronic music scene on June 14th, as it hosts the second edition of Beat Fort, organized by elektroTechnika.

Set in a truly fairytale-like location, the castle’s ancient walls not only carry historical significance but also create a unique acoustic and atmospheric experience for the dance floor. This year’s Beat Fort lineup features a wide array of artists from across Croatia — from emerging talents to well-established names on the local scene.

Performing will be local Karlovac artists Getz and Cyph3r, with Cyph3r delivering a live set of authentic techno sounds.

Special guest Goran Kolak (DJGK) from Osijek — a DJ, producer, and founder of the Rave Your Soul label — will bring his signature fast-paced, groove-driven techno with a funk twist.

Also taking the stage is Shipe, one of the key figures of the Zagreb electronic scene, resident and organizer of Futurescope. Known for his high-energy performances and well-attended events, Shipe is a familiar and respected name among Croatian electronic music fans.

Rounding out the lineup is SKA, elektroTechnika’s resident DJ. Known for her boundless and infectious energy, SKA has become an increasingly regular name on lineups across the country.

As with last year’s debut event, Beat Fort continues to focus on creating a “melting pot” of the domestic scene — connecting artists from different cities, organizations, and backgrounds to promote local talent and strengthen community bonds.

The event will run until 6 a.m., with an afterparty planned nearby. Due to the remote location, taxi services will be available between Karlovac and Beat Fort (Novigrad na Dobri).

Tickets are available here, and can be purchased at the current price until June 13th. On the day of the event, prices will go up.
