June is when Croatia’s festival season gets going for real. From beaches to city parks, events of all sizes start filling up the calendar. Here’s a straight look at the music festivals happening across the country this month!
Zagreb Music Fest
6th – 8th June📍Jarun Lake, Zagreb
Zagreb Music Fest 2025 unfolds over three evenings at the wide, open lakeside grounds of Jarun, one of the capital’s most beloved recreational areas. Friday opens with a powerful electronic lineup, created in collaboration with Croatia’s established clubbing brand Future Scope. International headliners Maceo Plex and Eelke Kleijn lead the night, joined by local artists DJ Jock, Shipe, and Lemon.
On Saturday, Parov Stelar takes the spotlight with his blend of electro-swing, jazz, and electronic production. He is joined by J.R. August, known for layered, orchestral folk compositions, and Pocket Palma, whose sound is rooted in melodic synth-pop with a strong 80s influence.
The final night features Bajaga i Instruktori, one of the most enduring rock bands in the region. Their performance brings the weekend to a close with a set that draws on decades of songwriting and a loyal fan base.

6th – 8th June📍Cave Romane, Vinkuran
Gates of Agartha 2025 takes place in the ancient Roman quarry Cave Romane near Pula, a dramatic open-air venue surrounded by towering limestone walls. The main event runs across two nights, with performances from leading electronic artists including Joseph Capriati, Jamie Jones, Âme x Jimi Jules, BLOND:ISH, Carlita, AMÉMÉ, and Adam Ten x Mita Gami. The site’s natural acoustics and large-scale visual production turn the quarry into a striking backdrop.

11th – 15th June📍Ugljan Island

The lineup includes Roy Rosenfeld, Peter Makto, Unai García, Eva K, Fede Fröstl, Aklea Neon, and others, spanning a range of atmospheric and rhythm-focused sounds. With limited tickets, the setting encourages presence, connection, and a slower, more intentional tempo.

Now in its 15th year, Hideout Festival brings five days of non-stop electronic music to Zrće Beach, one of Croatia’s most established party destinations. The 2025 edition is headlined by Massive Attack, Kings of Leon, and Air, with a strong supporting lineup that includes St. Vincent, Fontaines D.C., Michael Kiwanuka, The Streets, Kim Deal, and more. Stages are spread across open fields and wooded paths, with dedicated zones for late-night sets, visual art, and experimental screenings. Known for balancing major international acts with a relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere, INmusic continues as a consistent part of the city’s summer calendar.

25th – 29th June 📍Punat, Krk Island
Celebrating its 10th and final edition, Velvet Festival and its One Last Dance takes place in Punat on the island of Krk, with five days of music and gatherings on Medane Beach. More than 50 acts are set to perform across four stages, including Mount Kimbie, Hunee, The Zenmenn, Cari Cari, KOIKOI, Suze Ijo, Jymenik, and Feloneezy. After ten years, Velvet brings its story to a close with one final edition shaped by rhythm, salt air, and the kind of atmosphere that doesn’t ask for much – just presence.
