Zagreb’s Peti Kupe celebrated an outstanding year of the Croatian electronic music scene on Friday! The Elector Music Award ceremony was marked by excellent performances, stars of the DJ world, colleagues from the scene, jury members, and guests. Awards were presented in 12 categories. The evening was hosted by Ida Prester and opened by Voguers, representatives of the Croatian ballroom scene.

Thanks to the album “Masters of Afters,” ABOP won Album/Compilation of the Year, while the Remix of the Year award went to the single “Lady” by Dino Dvornik, remixed by Koolade. Dvornykova was named this year’s New (S)elector of the Year. The Collage w/Röyksopp concert at St. Michael’s Fortress in Šibenik was declared Event of the Year.

Insolate’s “Human Nature EP” took the title of Techno Single/EP of the Year. The House Single/EP of the Year was “Night Scene” by Tom Bug & Grooveline, while the Bass Single/EP of the Year went to “Prashina EP” by Andrea Ljekaj and Sven Nalis. Natali Dizdar x Nipplepeople and their track “Utjeha” won Electro Pop Single/EP of the Year, and Ivna Ji received an Elector trophy for “Archways” in the Electronica (Alternative) Single/EP of the Year category.


The audience also had its say, naming DJ Yakka DJ of the Year. San Pacho was recognized as Digital Bestseller, and Klub Masters received the Elector Essentials award. Petar Dundov was named Producer of the Year.

The audience also enjoyed performances by an impressive lineup of DJs and performers: Tom Bug, Laseech, Zarkoff, Klaada, Macha Ravel, Lovro Baletić & Aida, Japanska Buba, Dvornykova, SKA, and Anja Dominic kept the dance floor moving and the energy high into the late hours.
