Italian-Croatian duo – Filipp Peschi & Laurent Hayde – have announced the release of their next EP, Synaptic Bond, via the respected Italian label Natura Viva Black, based in Collecchio (Parma). Known for hosting releases from names like Bart Skils, Joyhauser, Umek, Matt Sassari, Jonathan Kaspar, Pig & Dan, Raxon, and Robag Wruhme, the label now welcomes the rising duo with three original tracks that reflect their growing identity and momentum.
This marks the pair’s first EP of the year, following three earlier projects and a feature on a VA compilation. Support for their productions continues to build, with plays from Joris Voorn, Richie Hawtin, Ramiro Lopez, Marco Faraone, Arjun Vagale, and Simina Grigoriu, among others. Their tracks have been heard at events like Awakenings, ADE Week, and in underground clubs throughout Europe.

Synaptic Bond delivers a sound rooted in raw techno, built with hypnotic loops, deep atmospheres, melodic elements, and peak-time drive. Working across tempos from 123 to 139 BPM, the duo maintain a distinct style while freely navigating genre boundaries – combining structure with exploration.
The EP takes its name from the biological synapse (Greek: σύναψις), the connection point between neurons or between nerve and muscle cells – a metaphor mirrored in the EP’s concept of transmitting energy and intention through sound. With three strong, groove-led tracks, the release continues the duo’s steady evolution and positions them alongside some of the most respected producers in the scene.
Synaptic Bond will be available soon via Beatport and Bandcamp, with the full discography accessible across all major platforms, more information soon! Until the EP is out check out the two talented artists: @laurenthayde & @filippopeschi, and listen to their previous releases.
