The magical surroundings of the ancient quarry of Cave Romane, Istria hosted one of the pioneers of the world electronic music scene, the German producer and superstar Paul Kalkbrenner. This spectacular event gathered 4,000 visitors from all over Europe at a completely sold-out open-air party, turning Istria into the epicenter of the global music scene.
Another successful project in cooperation between the Future Scope and Balance teams transformed the event into an international musical wonder, simultaneously promoting Istria as a top party destination. Visitors from Croatia, Slovenia, Germany, Italy, Hungary, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Austria, Belgium and other countries brought a colorful and energetic atmosphere that surpassed all borders, uniting lovers of electronic music from all over Europe.
Paul Kalkbrenner, the global icon of electronic music, once again showed why he is a legend. His performance at Cave Romane was the highlight of the evening, giving the audience an incredibly authentic experience. Playing with impressive visual effects, Kalkbrenner masterfully combined deep bass, vocals and melodies, creating a spell that enchanted everyone present.
His ability to build and sustain energy throughout a performance proved why he is adored around the world. His performance was an emotional and visual journey that left the audience in a trance. Talented Croatian DJs Neroa, Lemon, Jock, Shipe and Paperclip Project performed alongside him, creating a musical marathon that combined different styles and energies.
“Hearing different languages ​​in the audience and seeing that international unity during Kalkbrenner’s performance was a really special experience,” said the organizer. With an average age of 36, the event attracted a wide range of generations, demonstrating the universal appeal of electronic music.
This event started a two-day celebration in which Future Scope, the longest-running and successful Croatian electronic club program, marks its impressive 22 years of work with a spectacular event in Cave Romane in Vinkuran. But this is not the end – there will be a continuation tonight when the legend of Berlin underground techno, Ben Klock, will perform at the same location.
“This spectacular event not only strengthened the reputation of Istria as an essential party destination and a key location for electronic music lovers, but also demonstrated the incredible power of music in creating unforgettable experiences. It additionally promoted Croatia as an attractive tourist destination that offers unique party experiences on beautiful locations,” concludes the organizer.
