Culture Club Revelin has officially announced the first phase of its summer season lineup, and for the first time ever, the medieval fortress in Dubrovnik will host Green Velvet, also known as Cajmere, a pioneering figure of 1990s house music.

After returning to Chicago in the 1990s, Cajmere gained fame with the hit “Coffee Pot”, helping shape the identity of the local house scene. His eccentric alter ego, Green Velvet, emerged with experimental tracks such as “Preacher Man”, “Flash”, and the cult classic “Answering Machine”, blending humor, social commentary, and electronic funk.
This strong list is only part of the full program, as Revelin has also announced four new international names who will take over Saturday nights as resident DJs: Essel, Ferreck Dawn, Kurd Maverick, and Weiss, along with the club’s well-known residents: Alex G, DANCElectric, DJ Speed, DJ Bozzo, El Maar, and Kosta Radman.

Ranked #23 on DJ Mag’s Top 100 Clubs in the world, Revelin’s 2025 season features a diverse genre mix—from reggae-pop to hard techno. In addition to the names already mentioned, visitors to Dubrovnik’s fortress will have a chance to hear performances by EDX, Nicola Fasano, David Penn, DJ’s From Mars, Martin Ikin, Kasia, Olympe, Space Motion, Mita Gami, and Andrew Meller.
Tickets for the club, located in a fortress over 500 years old, are already available on the official Culture Club Revelin website, and the artists announced so far are just part of the first phase of the full lineup.
