Sonus Croatia, a leading festival in the electronic music scene, is set to offer a new festival experience in 2025, marking the start of a new era and a collaboration with world-renowned event producer, Insomniac. With Insomniac’s expertise, Sonus will elevate its offerings as it returns to the scenic shores of Pag Island from August 17-21, 2025. The first tier of the Sonus 2025 lineup has been announced, featuring some of the biggest names in electronic music.
The 12th edition of Sonus is shaping up to be the most ambitious yet, with a lineup that includes top-tier talent like Drumcode founder Adam Beyer, Berghain legend Ben Klock, German duo FJAAK, Italian techno titan Joseph Capriati, the melodic duo ARTBAT, and Deborah De Luca. Spain’s Indira Paganotto will bring her hard-hitting grooves, while DJ Heartstring and KI/KI will represent trance and acid sounds. The festival will also feature Reinier Zonneveld live, known for his offbeat rave tracks, along with the minimal sounds of Ricardo Villalobos and Seth Troxler. Expect unexpected performances from Sven Väth of Cocoon as well.
Sonus 2025 will also showcase house and melodic genres with artists like Adriatique and Anetha, the organic sounds of Bedouin, and rising stars Ben Hemsley and Ben Sterling. The festival will bring heavy basslines from Fleur Shore and Gordo, alongside Jan Blomqvist live with his floating melodies. Other performances include Loco Dice, Mau P with warehouse sounds, Miss Monique‘s progressive beats, the hypnotic rhythms of Vintage Culture, and a hybrid DJ set from WhoMadeWho, with many more artists to be announced.
Sonus 2025 introduces some exciting changes, including the addition of Noa Beach Club. Once an afterparty venue, Noa will now play a major role in the festival, with a stage on the beach where attendees can swim and dance in the water throughout the week. The festival will also continue to feature its iconic open-air venues like Aquarius, Papaya, and Kalypso.
This year’s edition marks the collaboration of influential event producers: Time Warp, celebrating 30 years of genre-defining programming, We Love Sound, renowned for its two-decade influence on the Balkans’ electronic scene, and Insomniac, best known for its flagship EDC events. Bringing together this wealth of experience, Insomniac will elevate Sonus into an even more extraordinary underground festival experience.
