Olga Korol, a renowned Ukrainian DJ and producer, is coming to Boogaloo Club Zagreb on October 11 as a season opener for Staple, a collective dedicated to curating high-quality minimal and electronica events across the region. Korol, known for her deep minimalistic sounds and eclectic blends, is the founder of BodyParts Records, a label that’s been a platform for innovative minimal house and techno music since its inception. Her productions and sets often fuse hypnotic rhythms with a refined, experimental touch, earning her a strong following within the underground electronic music scene.
Staple has a mission to spread cutting-edge sounds and create immersive clubbing experiences. This performance is part of their ongoing effort to bring pioneering artists like Korol to Zagreb. Sicillio will warm up the night, and Rejvnesansa will enhance the atmosphere with her signature installations and visuals.
“The upcoming season will be a new chapter for us as we are trying to find new places to showcase our work. Boogaloo is our first stop and we will announce plans for this season when we confirm them. Olga was a choice made long before and finally, the time has come to hear her work live in Zagreb. Olga has been running her label BodyParts records for more than 12 years, including the sub-labels Tooloop, Mind Series and BP Digital – platforms initially hosting producers from all over the world, but that also includes her musical vision. The imprints are also keeping busy by hosting label showcases and parties around Europe. Through those labels, she has cultivated a platform for both her own music and that of other like-minded artists, consistently pushing the boundaries of minimal and techno genres.
