Sven Väth, an icon and one of the most influential DJs in the history of electronic music, returns to Zagreb on January 31, 2025, as part of his world tour T.R.A.N.C.E. 2025: The Essence of Collective Dance. He is coming to Club Boogaloo, hosted by the Future Scope program – which recently got rewarded with the Ambasador Award for the best club program of the year 2024.
Sven Väth started his revolutionary career in Frankfurt in 1981, where he became a symbol of the techno revolution. His legendary club Omen and brand Cocoon shaped the modern club culture, with each of his parties pushing the limits. Sven is known for his energy, innovations, and ability to take his audience on an unforgettable journey.
His world tour T.R.A.N.C.E. 2025 embodies the essence of the full dance experience – transformation, resonance, elevation, nature, connection, and euphoria.
Sven describes this tour in words: “Trance is more than a genre – it’s a state of being. It’s transformation through sound, resonance with others, and pure ecstasy in losing oneself in music and movement.”
Through this tour, Sven Väth seeks to create a space where body and mind, individual and community, past and future become one. This is not just another party; it is a return to the roots of trance as a collective ritual, a moment that deeply connects us on a personal level.
Joining legendary Sven Väth is German DJ and producer Maurizio Schmitz, a trusted follower of Väth in his performances. Schmitz had the honor of playing at Cocoon’s 25th anniversary, which is due to his unique fusion of psychedelia and techno. Additionally, the lineup will also feature Future Scope residents DJ Jock and Shipe for a B2B set, Miro – Istrian DJ and event organizer of Lemon, and Ska – a fresh female face from the local techno scene.
