Tiger & Woods are coming to Peti Kupe – not to play golf, but to deliver a live performance packed with groovy tunes ranging from house to funk and Italo disco. The Italian dynamic duo, Larry Tiger and David Woods will perform live at Zagreb this Saturday, December 14th.
Behind the stage name Tiger & Woods, which they adopted in 2008 after coming together in Barcelona, are Marco Passarani and Valerio Del Prete. Marco is one of the key figures of Italy’s electronic scene in the 1990s, while Valerio is a talented member of the Roman club scene.
This event is being co-organized by the labels Imogen and Maze. Maze is led by Gregorio Monte, also known as DJ Grem. Growing up on hip-hop, Grem admits it remains his favorite genre. However, his sets are rooted in spacious, clean, and electric sounds, supported by solid rhythms, vocals, samples, and scratches. In addition to his DJ activities, Grem organizes Maze Open Air in his hometown of Bologna and supports promoters and artists in organizing festivals and club nights.
Joining the Italian guests, Imogen’s hosts Ilija Rudman and Antonio Zuza will also perform at the event.
Tickets for Tiger & Woods this Saturday are available here.
