This weekend is one of the busiest in a while – milestone anniversary, world tour, 360 stage, collaborations, and debuts. But the real highlight for the scene is the Elector Award Ceremony this Saturday – a night dedicated to recognizing the best in electronic music. Future Scope presents Sven Väth
31 January 2025 📍Boogaloo, Zagreb
Sven Väth, an icon and one of the most influential DJs in the history of electronic music, returns to Zagreb this Friday, as part of his world tour T.R.A.N.C.E. 2025: The Essence of Collective Dance. He is coming to Club Boogaloo, hosted by the Future Scope program. Sven describes this tour in words: “Trance is more than a genre – it’s a state of being. It’s transformation through sound, resonance with others, and pure ecstasy in losing oneself in music and movement.” Joining legendary Sven Väth is German DJ and producer Maurizio Schmitz, a trusted follower of Väth in his performances. Additionally, the lineup will also feature Future Scope residents DJ Jock and Shipe for a B2B set, Miro and Ska.
Parabola Rave
31 January 2025 📍DVA OSAM, Zagreb
A new PARABOLA event is set to take place in the club for the first time! The evening will begin with Hard Groove beats, transition into faster trance rhythms after midnight, and conclude with high-energy industrial music in the early morning hours.
WARM w/ DJ SWISHERMAN
31 January 2025 📍Club Epic, Osijek
Pushing boundaries with its 360º dancefloor concept, immersive space design, and unique audiovisual experience, WARM brings a fresh and intimate party atmosphere to a grand setting. For the first time in this part of Europe, Madrid’s groove techno master and global hitmaker of the new generation – DJ SWISHERMAN – lands in Osijek as the night’s headliner. Joining Swisherman are two Croatian DJs: Rijeka’s own Makarun, co-owner of Kubik Music, delivering a hybrid vinyl-digital set, and DJGK, a well-known force on the local scene.
DUBOK 4:20 Anniversary w/ VRH, El Commando, Funk Guru, Mokosh

Celebrating 40 years of life and 20 years on the scene with an exclusive B2B all-nighter in his beloved Club Kocka! Dubok, a pioneer of the Split drum’n’bass scene and founder of the legendary KARANTENA series, marks this milestone alongside four key figures of the Croatian electronic scene. Joining him on the decks will be Mokosh, Funk Guru, VRH, and El Commando, each testing Dubok’s versatility and skills honed over two decades. A night of broken beats, deep connections, and a journey through the music that shaped him.
Elector Awards
01 February 2025 📍Tvornica Kulture, Zagreb
The Croatian electronic music scene is preparing for the fourth Elector Awards and this Saturday will be the official award ceremony at Tvornica Kulture in Zagreb. Organized by the DJ section of the Croatian Musicians Union, the Croatian Composers’ Society, Unison – Croatian Music Alliance, and Tvornica Kulture, this event has become an important moment for celebrating the best in local electronic music. The Independent Music Journalist Awards Elector provides recognition to artists, DJs, and events that contribute to the growth of Croatian electronic music. A jury of 30 journalists from Croatian media outlets selects winners across several categories, covering different aspects of the scene, from music production to live events. It’s a space for the community to come together, showcase its talent, and celebrate achievements. The award ceremony is open to the public and will feature multiple performances from local artists.

Sequences w/ Red Axes
01 February 2025 📍Peti Kupe, Zagreb
The duo Red Axes, known for their unique approach to electronic music that defies trends and conventional formats, will perform in front of the Zagreb audience for the first time. Dori Sadovnik and Niv Arzi started as members of the new wave/post-punk band Red Cotton. After living in Amsterdam and traveling across Europe, they returned to Tel Aviv, launching an underground psychedelic party series and developing a new artistic vision focused on house, disco, and techno. By reshaping the usual parameters of electronic music, they infused four-to-the-floor beats with elements of new wave, post-punk, garage, and psychedelic rock. These influences are evident in both their live performances and DJ sets. On Saturday they will perform as a DJ duo, supported by local artists Antonio Zuza and Pepi Jogarde.
Fabian Freyer w/ Pleasure Seeking Humans

Pleasure Seeking Humans return with a party in Manual featuring Irish/Rijeka DJs Mitzi+Josh Stanley & very special guest, Zagreb native techno hitter Fabian Freyer. This is the second edition of PSH in Manual and another night of danceable club music: expect techno, melodic techno, trance, deep house and minimal, and more.
