New season – new surprises! This autumn Peti Kupe organised even more exciting program with the most famous names of the world music scene. On Friday, September 6, Marcel Dettmann, Stellarcompanion and Insolate will open the clubbing season of Zagreb’s favourite hotspot.
DJ and producer Marcel Dettmann is recognized as one of the most influential artists of contemporary techno. Mainly associated with Berlin institutions such as Berghain and Hard Wax, Dettmann stayed true to his roots by consistently innovating electronic music, especially by integrations of visual arts and techno. Growing up in the former GDR, he developed a passion for electronics early on, with new wave, post-punk and industrial music as his strongest influences – long before he discovered and completely immersed in techno.
DJ, painter, singer and actress Marija Šević is known under the alias Stellarcompanion. This the multi-creative is a resident of Radio D59B, where she presents her choices once a month in the show To
the Stars. She is a resident DJ at the Karmakoma club and a member of Beyond House, a specialized collective for eclectic electronic music at parties all over Belgrade.
Another well-known lady will provide an uncompromising sound. Sunčica Barišić – Insolate defines the Croatian techno scene, gaining international recognition as a respected DJ and producer. She has already conquered stages such as Tomorrowland, Exit, Dimensions, Berghain or Rex, a lately, Peti Kupe with his hot series Hush!
Before the evening party, Peti Kupe will host a warm-up on the terrace of the club from the early evening hours, with DJs and other treats. “From dusk to dawn is the best formula for opening season“, they said and added that the Early bird tickets are available on the Entrio platform.
