Gusta Party is a new series of themed parties organized by drag performer and DJ Colinda Evangelista and producer Karla Kostadinovski from the drag queer collective House of Flamingo. The second edition of Gusta Party, titled the Sleepover Edition, will take place on Saturday, April 12, in the small hall of the iconic Zagreb club Boogaloo. DJ Colinda Evangelista will be joined by Kali and Meka Drina behind the decks. The theme of this edition is “sleepover,” and the dress code is gusti snovi [eng. thick dreams].

Colinda Evangelista is a self-proclaimed multiple national champion in public swearing. A drag queen from the House of Flamingo collective, she has been thrilling audiences across Croatia for years with her live performances, known for their exceptional aesthetics and hilarious humor. Last year, she ventured into the music scene with her debut track Jeste gej?, a hit that can be heard at almost every queer party in Croatia. In 2024, she also performed the song on the stage of the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb as part of A Queer Zagreb Night at the Opera, organized by the Domino association, and had her acting debut in the play Infinite Archive by Argentine director Gonzalo Quintana. That same year, she began her DJ career, which she likes to call global because she once played in Buenos Aires. She made us dance at events like Lady Gaga at Močvara, Pride Ride Benefit, Swashtara at Boogaloo, Osijek’s Hajp, and the first edition of Gusta Party.
Eight years after debuting on the Zagreb underground scene, Kali has become one of the most sought-after DJs in Croatia, known for her distinctive style, infectious energy, and strong connection with the audience. Although she prefers faster BPMs, her musical selection encompasses almost all genres of electronic music—from house and tech house to techno, acid, and hard groove. Over the years, Kali has built her name in the scene and found herself on the lineups of the most well-known clubs, promoters, and festivals in the country, including Sonus Festival, Seastar Festival, BSH, We Love Sound, Future Scope, Peti Kupe, Boogaloo Club, Aquarius Club, and many others. No matter the type of event, Kali will make sure that every set of hers is filled with energetic beats that make everyone jump, dance, and vibe along with her behind the decks.
Meka Drina is a journalist and DJ from Bosnia and Herzegovina, and his musical inspiration and influences change on a daily basis. In a club setting, his goal is to explore broad spectrums of genres, tempos, and atmospheres, drawing inspiration from bass culture mixed with a dose of internet folklore. Over the past year, she has focused more on working on radio shows and mixes, performing and curating shows on platforms like Radio Rudina, Tirkultura, Komrad, Black Teeth Records & Radio, and Radio Student. He has been living in Zagreb for some time and is part of the Heiße Scheiße collective, which gathers enthusiasts of faster and more playful club sounds. Outside of the collective, she engages in sonic exploration that constantly takes on new forms.
