Tomorrowland has released a new short documentary together with Amazon Music, titled We Are Tomorrow 2025. It’s a 24-minute film that takes a closer look at the stories behind one of the world’s biggest electronic music festivals – not just through the artists, but through the people who make up its community.
The film follows John Summit, who made his Tomorrowland Mainstage debut this year, alongside a few festivalgoers from different parts of the world. There’s Ladick from the Czech Republic, a 33-year-old music lover who uses a wheelchair and keeps showing that limits don’t define passion. Then there’s Mia and Ella, a mother and daughter from Canada facing a serious health challenge together. Rachael, from the Orkney Islands in Scotland, left her small community to experience Tomorrowland for the first time. And finally, Mireya and Nikita, a couple from the U.S. who actually met at the festival years ago and have kept returning ever since.

Each story brings something personal – something that goes beyond the lasers, fireworks, and huge drops. We Are Tomorrow 2025 reminds us that behind every anthem there’s a real person, a reason someone came, and a moment they’ll never forget.
This is the latest in the We Are Tomorrow documentary series, which started in 2022 and focuses on the human side of the festival. Over the past few years, the project has picked up global attention, even earning a Webby Award in 2023 for its emotional storytelling.
The 2025 film premiered at the Culver Theater in Los Angeles, with John Summit present, and is now available to stream on Amazon Music and YouTube.
Tomorrowland is often seen as the biggest, loudest, and most produced event in electronic music – but this film is a reminder that the real magic is still in the crowd. It’s about people who connect over the same beat, even if they come from completely different worlds.
