“With this project, we aim to position Zagreb on the map of modern European cities connected to the growing trend of festival events”
The capital’s festival season begins the first weekend of March with ElectriCity, a local club brand that promotes urban electronic music and unites two collectives: One Drop Music and Collage Events.
On Friday, March 7, 2026, the 10K Festival begins, with the first day dedicated to DJs who have performed on the world’s most prominent stages and whose releases have topped the charts – Trikk, Julya Karma, and MĪMĪ x FY. During this ten-hour event at Zagreb’s Jadran Film venue, the headliners will be joined by the organization’s resident DJs, Einfakinn and Bsside, who are frequently seen on the scene.
“We feel there is a lack of events focused on high-quality electronic music that is often heard in the world’s most notable clubs and festivals. With this project, we want to position Zagreb on the map of modern European cities connected to the growing trend of festival events. Thanks to this shared vision, we were able to unite as collectives active on Zagreb’s electronic scene and further collaborate with key players in the city’s music events, both inside and outside electronic music, to create a multi-day urban story under the name 10K Festival,” explains Mislav, founder of One Drop Music and one of the festival organizers.
In addition to strong collaboration, the organizers of ElectriCity are united by their love for similar electronic music genres and the acclaimed Innervisions label, represented by Trikk, a Portuguese producer based in Berlin, and the recent addition, Julya Karma. Alongside this strong Berlin lineup, the organizers completed the roster with MĪMĪ x FY, two DJs from Belgrade, who, besides their residency in Mykonos and numerous international destinations, are often heard at events by the well-known collective Keinemusik.
“The inspiration behind the lineup was to connect our affinities and the music we listen to, play, love, and travel the world to experience, with the Zagreb audience. The Jadran Film studio, as a significant location for European film culture, is the perfect space to enrich the entire project. This event gives us the opportunity to showcase ElectriCity in full form regarding the overall content, although the main focus is on the music program, which is the largest to date and one we are extremely excited about,” emphasizes Einfakinn, resident of Collage Events and co-founder of ElectriCity.
Born in Porto, Trikk began rapidly developing his sound through production in 2011, releasing up to two records a year. A major career turning point came after moving to Berlin, which brought a new audience and sound development, culminating in the release of the Vilar EP in 2018. By shifting focus from rhythm, he contributed to a carefully crafted and constantly evolving discography reflecting his experiences and journey as an artist. After four years of close collaboration with the Innervisions label, which includes highly sought-after producers like Dixon and Âme, Trikk became an integral part of the label and helps shape the sound of the next wave of artists.
On global lineups, his name is often paired with Julya Karma, a DJ and producer from Brooklyn who recently also signed with the same label. Her musical influences stem from learning classical piano at age six and her early exposure to indie and psychedelic rock, jazz, and traditional Middle Eastern music. These diverse influences, combined with her obsession with music curation, translate into her captivating DJ sets, performed on the world’s most renowned stages, including Coachella, Cercle, Lost Village, Innervisions, The Brooklyn Mirage, Time Warp, and many more.
The first day of Zagreb’s new festival will close with Miroslava Djordjevic and Maya Pejcic, better known as MĪMĪ x FY, who have been performing together since 2017. Their musical style is inspired by a wide range of sounds, including house, techno, electronic music, melodic house, acid house, deep house, and downtempo. Their sound quickly gained international recognition, and they became residents of the legendary Moni Club in Mykonos. Their names have appeared on lineups for renowned festivals and clubs, including Hï Ibiza, Zamna Tulum, Keinemusik, Day Zero Festival, Fabric London, and Tomorrowland.
“Given the effort and planning so far, expectations are high. We are very happy to have already received extremely positive reactions from our close audience. Thanks to the music program, excellent sound system, and high production, we believe this event will be memorable and that everyone will have a great time on March 7, leaving with a smile,” the organizers conclude.
