Afterlife has unveiled Anyma’s new residency, ‘The End of Genesys‘, at the iconic Sphere in Las Vegas, marking a historic moment for electronic music and immersive live entertainment. This unique residency features a total of eight events, each headlined by Anyma, followed by performances from some of the biggest names in the electronic music scene.
The Sphere, a venue renowned for its groundbreaking visuals and state-of-the-art technology, provides the perfect stage for this unique spectacle. Combining cutting-edge LED displays, an immersive sound system, and contributions from top artists, creators, and technologists, the residency offers audiences a truly one-of-a-kind sensory experience.
The debut event took place on Friday, December 27, with Anyma opening the evening by playing his ‘Risen’ remix alongside Y Do I. He then captivated the audience with an ID remix of his hit track ‘Consciousness’ featuring Chris Avantgarde. The night continued with performances by Dixon and Mike Diean, receiving widespread acclaim as “a revolutionary night for the dance industry,” according to We Rave You.
The first night set a high bar for the rest of the residency, and the following shows have continued to impress audiences. Among the notable artists who have graced the stage are Amelia Lens, Chris Avantgarde, Rebuke, Charlotte de Witte, Cassian, Kevin de Vries, Rampa, Parisi, Adriatique, Massano, Tiësto, and Argy.
Only two shows remain, scheduled for January 10th and 11th, featuring performances by Sebastian Ingrosso, Script, CamelPhat, and Layton Giordani. Tickets for these final events range from $160 for the lowest-priced seats to as high as $6,000 for resale premium options on Ticketmaster.
With over 130,000 tickets sold, according to Billboard, ANYMA has become the first electronic artist to perform at this futuristic Las Vegas venue, setting a new standard for the presentation of electronic music in the modern era.
