D’n’B United, a major gathering of the drum and bass community in Croatia is back for the second edition. They have announced the final lineup which features 55 artists, including well-known names and emerging talent. D’n’B United will take over Zagreb’s DEPO Club on October 5.
In addition to the music, D’n’B will offer workshops led by professionals in music production – by Minimalist, DJing – by BonToni, and event organization – by Zmayo.
Minimalist who will lead the music production workshop is a DJ and producer from Osijek, Croatia, and also a prominent figure in the local drum and bass scene. As a member of the Koturaljke collective, he has been an important figure in shaping and promoting drum and bass music in the region.
Zmayo who is a label founder/ manager/ selector of Pistolero Recordings, a freestyle electronic music label from Zagreb, will be talking about event organization. As a DJ, he supported and shared a stage with numerous brilliant artists. Also, he performed at festivals such as Mo:Dem, Lost Theory, Outlook, Seasplash.
This year’s edition will present a wide spectrum of drum and bass styles, showing the diversity of the genre across Croatia and the region. For some of the artist, it will be their first time performing live, while some are coming out of the “retirement” for this event.
