Einfakinn is an alias of the individual (read: ‘reveler’) who clarifies his musical and artistic impact through likeable and amusing mischief. His early days have been marked by series of live DJ sets filmed during lockdown at attractive locations in Switzerland and Croatia. Finding himself in the right place at the right time virtually, he acquired his recognition between the audience and started to count DJ gigs. As of recently, his music production has also seen the light of day, with the first project being released on The First Call record label.
His style and genre expression began to develop in Zurich’s underground scene by visiting events in which worldwide artist perform regularly. In this environment Einfakinn found out that melodic, deep and afro house elements are exactly the ones he wants to keep in the core of his artistic impact. Through time, he built a refined sound opus with deep kicks, eclectic melodies and groovy background with no limitation of a genre which is allowing him genre-crossing during his DJ sets, all with achieving an effect of storytelling. Innervisions, Keinemusik, Frau Blau, MoBlack and Stil Vor Talent are only some of influential labels whose releases are used to achieve his goal.
Just like some of his role models, he prefers to play his DJ sets as separate concepts of an extended format. Einfakinn is an organiser and resident DJ of IME Association events held in Zagreb, the city of his residential address. Starting with the “DUGI MACCHIATO” series that totals 6 club nights of a back2back format, he had a chance to host 8 artists in whom he recognized genre compatibility and potential for spreading a relatively fresh sound between young partygoers of Zagreb electronic scene.
After summer 2021’s residence at Hvar’s Hula-Hula Beach Bar, Ka’lavanda Bar and Notos, Einfakinn returns to Zagreb and brings IME Association back to its full drive. Apart from periodical pop-up events, the main concept are monthly gatherings at the Saturday’s well known mingle & warm-up evenings called “DŽABE STE DOŠLI” at Ro & Do Bar. Visitors describe the concept as unbridled parties followed by an original music selection, while others feel like they aren’t even in Zagreb or Croatia. “DŽABE STE DOŠLI” is surely an event at which everyone have a chance to find out how did one ordinary reveler became Einfakinn in a short time span of playing long, various sets.
Apart from IME and Atlantida, Einfakinn makes his appearances at clubs, events and festivals both in Croatia and the Balkan region, singling out club Peti Kupe, club Kult, club Masters, club SIlver&Smoke, Collage Events, Garden of Dreams, BSH Events, Exit Festival, Fresh Wave Festival and LMF Festival as his most iconic gigs.
