The second day of Zagreb Music Fest, on Saturday (June 7th) brings a spectacular live show by Parov Stelar, the pioneer of electro-swing and one of the most well-known Austrian performers.
His recognizable sound, which blends jazz, swing, hip-hop, and electronic music, has captivated the world, with hits like All Night and The Mojo Radio Gang achieving cult status. After performing at major festivals such as Coachella, Glastonbury, Sziget, and Lollapalooza, this musical visionary is coming to Zagreb’s Jarun with a specially designed live show that will combine his latest songs with well-known hits – all in a unique fusion that honors the past while boldly looking to the future.
Over the course of his career, he has released 10 studio albums and over 20 EPs, and has collaborated with names like Tony Bennett, Lady Gaga, Lana Del Rey, and Bryan Ferry. His music has been featured in films, series, and global campaigns for brands like Audi, Google, and Vodafone. Besides music, Parov Stelar is also a passionate painter and sees art as an inseparable part of his creative expression.
Opening the night are standout regional acts. J.R. August, a Croatian singer-songwriter, blends piano-driven Americana with powerful vocals and has won multiple Porin awards. Pocket Palma, a synth-pop duo known for dreamy 80s-inspired sounds with modern production, continues to gain momentum across the region. El Siciliano, an Italian DJ and producer, brings a dancefloor-ready mix influenced by 80s electro and disco, while Croatia’s own DJ Frx adds his signature local flair.
The program runs from 6 PM to 2 AM, promising eight hours of top-quality music under the open sky of Jarun Lake. Tickets are available on the Entrio platform!
