Two globally acclaimed DJs will mark the month of August with spectacles on the Croatian music scene. The domestic brand BSH Events organised both of them, starting this Saturday, August 10, in the historic Istrian quarry Cave Romane, with a performance by Solomun.
Solomun comes to Croatia directly from the Untold festival, Romania, and after Vinkuran he will return to his residency at the Pacha club in Ibiza. This is his only performance in the region this year, so it is not surprising that the tickets were sold out two weeks before the performance.
Even though the tickets have long been sold out, and the great news is that the event partner Mastercard has provided an additional contingent of tickets that can be purchased via the link.
Solomun started DJing at the age of 23. Today he is one of the most recognizable and charismatic DJs in the world. This August, in addition to Croatia, he will perform only in Ibiza and at several festivals. Adam Ten and Andrew Meller will share the stage with him at Cave Romane. This summer spectacle in Vinkuran is the biggest recognition of the music brand BSH, and it is organized in cooperation with the Municipality of Medulin and the Tourist Board of the Municipality.
“When I was younger, we used to spend the entire summer holidays in Croatia and Bosnia with our family. Today, when I’ve been on tour for almost 10 months, I manage to come once to Bosnia and once to Croatia!“, Solomun said.
For the end of the summer season and the return from annual vacations, BSH Events presents the open air spectacle with Hot Since 82 at Zagreb Pyramids on Saturday, August 24 from 6 p.m. The English DJ star will perform at the Zagreb Fair in front of the “Italian Pavilion” designed by the Italian architect Giuseppe Sambito in 1961. It is specific for its 12 ‘inverted pyramids’, and the area is included in the list of cultural monuments.
Hot Since 82, real name Daley Padley, is a charismatic Englishman from Leeds. His meteoric rise began on one occasion when he was attending an afterparty in Holmfirth when the music suddenly stopped. He connected his iPhone to the speakers, and one of his tracks accidentally started to play. Although Padley admittedly did not make the song with the intention of releasing it, the reaction at the party was completely enthusiastic. He contacted his friend, Danish producer Noir who was impressed and released it to his own label. ‘Let It Ride’ reached number three on Beatport’s deep house chart. Today, he is a regular guest and resident in Ibiza, as well as at numerous world festivals.
Tickets for the spectacle Hot Since 82 at Zagreb Pyramids are available via Entrio.hr system.
