Melita presents a new remixed version of the song ‘Sami‘ from her upcoming album Fragmenti, with which she announced a sonic shift at the beginning of the summer through a combination of electronics and jazz elements. The new ‘House Arrest remix’ was created in collaboration with the producer of the same name.
“The fresh take on the single ‘Sami’ completely thrilled me. It opened a new chapter in the song – it focused on a different kind of atmosphere, a different sound. Just in the spirit of club energy and as an overture to my upcoming single ‘Nema vremena’ which is coming out on December 5th. ‘House Arrest Remix’ perfectly captures that club vibe,” – Melita said.
The song was created as part of Melita’s collaboration with Jan Kinčl (Cycle Studio Zagreb) and Ishfaq, and now it has a new remix version. In the lyrics of the song, Melita emphasizes the importance of becoming aware of our own individuality and inner strength that can be our refuge in challenging moments in life.
