Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) and Insomniac are joining forces to launch Map Point Summit, a new three-day conference dedicated to electronic music and rave culture, debuting in Las Vegas in May 2027.
The event will take place at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas between the two weekends of EDC Las Vegas, scheduled for May 14–16 and May 21–23. It aims to bring together emerging artists, independent promoters, creators, entrepreneurs and established industry professionals for discussions, educational sessions, creative workshops and networking.
The summit’s name pays tribute to underground rave culture, when ravers would meet at a designated “map point” before receiving directions to secret party locations. The concept now takes on a new meaning, positioning the event as a meeting place for the next generation of electronic music professionals.
Announced by Insomniac founder Pasquale Rotella during a keynote at ADE’s 2026 edition, the initiative focuses on supporting independent promoters, creating opportunities for emerging talent and protecting the community-driven spirit of rave culture as the industry continues to grow.
Further details on speakers, programming and tickets are yet to be announced.
